Services center on textured hair: twist and set styles such as flat twists, two-strand twists, flex sets and Finger Style, silk presses, locs from starter locs through maintenance, and extensions including clip-in, sew-in and tape-in options. Haircuts are offered as add-ons to a service, and stand-alone cuts and color are not offered. Color correction requires a consultation before booking. Extension services also require a consultation, and only extensions bought through the salon are installed.
The salon is open Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and closed Mondays. Cutting and color services are not offered after 5:30 PM. Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit per appointment, which counts toward the service total. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and clients more than 15 minutes late should call so the service can be shortened or moved. Outside products are not accepted. Children may attend only with an appointment, and no additional guests are allowed. Cash and debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) are accepted. Clients are offered complimentary WiFi and beverages.

Pricing follows a level system based on how much of the stylist's time a service requires, and the salon focuses on textured hair care.
