Clients can choose between a natural look and something more dramatic, and the menu is organized around full sets, fills and a few add-ons.

Full sets run about three and a half hours, while fills take about three hours. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash. Wet sets, hybrid sets blending classic and volume lashes, and volume sets using lightweight handmade fans are also offered. A free style set lets the lash artist choose the style, lengths and curls. Brown extensions are available for classic and wet sets. Bottom lash extensions, in black or brown, are a 45-minute add-on that must be booked with a full set or fill.

Fills have retention requirements: classic and wet set fills need at least 40% of natural lashes retained (40% to 50% for brown versions), and hybrid and volume fills need at least 50% of extensions remaining. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks for classic and wet sets. Lash removal takes 20 minutes and uses a cream remover.

Booking requires a $5 fee to secure an appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, or not showing up, forfeits that fee, and a new $5 fee is needed to book again. A UV consent form must be signed before application. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:15 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM; it is closed Tuesday and Thursday. The site shows a 5.0 rating from two reviews.

Full sets and fills use UV lash adhesive by default at no extra charge, and traditional adhesive is available if requested before the appointment.
