Stylists work together on personalized care and take time to learn each client's needs. Pricing is level-based across stylists rated Level 1 through Level 5. Color is priced on a parts and labor basis, so clients pay for the color used, and each service lists an estimated color cost with the stylist quoting before the service begins. Every color formula mixed during a service is measured with VISH color technology. Walk-ins are welcome, though reservations are recommended to secure a date, time and stylist.

Reservations require a credit card on file and are confirmed 48 to 72 hours ahead by email, text and phone. Cancelling 48 hours or more before the visit has no charge, a cancellation one day before costs half the service charge, and a same-day cancellation or no-show costs the full charge. Cancellations after 9 pm the night before count as same-day. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not receive their full service. Retail products cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for an equal-value product within 30 days in the original container.
