Visits begin with a consultation that covers the guest's lifestyle, styling, home hair care routine and how often they plan to come in, with inspiration photos reviewed together. The first consultation is free, lasts about 30 minutes, and is booked as its own appointment. Guests also receive a short customization form on the day of their visit covering drink and music preferences and any add-on treatments.

Services are grouped into blonding, color, gray blending, express services for existing guests, maintenance appointments and new-guest consultations. Blonding runs from a partial session of about 3 hours at $220 to a full session of about 4 hours at $265, and a mini session of about 2.5 hours at $170 adds foils around the face and partline. Gray blending uses no permanent color on the roots, instead blending gray into natural-looking tone over time. Gray coverage is also offered for guests who want grays covered now.

Appointments for coloring should start with clean hair. Cancelling within 48 hours carries a 50% fee payable before rebooking, and a no call, no show results in the full appointment being charged to the card on file. Guests more than 15 minutes late may have a shortened visit at full price, or the appointment may be cancelled with a fee. Rescheduling online means cancelling and requesting a new appointment. Children are not permitted, and extra guests should not come along. Guests unhappy with their hair can request a complimentary adjustment within 7 days, though refunds are not offered.
