The salon says its mission is to create personalized looks that boost confidence, using sustainable, high-quality products, and it describes its team as talented and supportive.

The hair menu covers haircuts for men, women and children, including trims, shape-ups and full style changes. Color services include root touch-ups, all-over color, gray coverage and color matching. Custom highlighting and balayage can include baby lights and face-framing foils. Other options include keratin treatments that smooth hair and reduce frizz, permanent waves for texture, volume or soft curls, blowouts in smooth, voluminous or sleek styles, and a calligraphy haircut. Bridal hair is offered for brides and bridal parties, with onsite styling available.

Hair extensions are offered in six BELLAMI types: Tape-In, K-Tip, I-Tip, Volume Weft, Hand-Tied Weft and Clip-Ins. They come in a range of lengths and shades and are made from 100% cuticle-intact Remy human hair, according to the salon. The salon states that extensions are applied by certified professionals. It describes BELLAMI as the industry's gold standard for luxury and performance. A $25 consultation comes before an application, and that fee is credited toward the application appointment.

Manicures, pedicures and waxing are also offered, and waxing includes brow shaping and smooth skin treatments.

Booking requires 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Changes made with less notice are charged 50% of the full service, and no-shows are charged 100% of the service. A 3.2% service fee applies to credit card payments. The salon is open Tuesday 10am to 8pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 8:30am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Job applications are accepted by emailing a resume to the salon.

The salon works toward personalized looks and uses sustainable products, and it carries Davines hair care.

Reclaimed doors and windows from Montclair homes serve as station mirrors, artwork and dividers in an industrial-style space.
