Pore Decisions Esthetic Studio sits in a suite on Plaza Drive in Pendleton and focuses on facials and custom spray tans. The menu runs from quick 30-minute facials to longer sessions, with treatments such as an acne-focused facial, a peptide chemical peel and a 75-minute dermaplane facial.

Facials are tailored to the skin being treated. The studio's Custom Facial is a 60-minute session that adjusts cleansing, exfoliation and finishing products to the client, and includes extractions when they are needed. The Custom Nano-infusion facial lasts 90 minutes and is built step by step from cleanser to mask, with a face, neck, shoulder and scalp massage, nano-needling to help serum absorption, and dermaplaning.

Spray tans are airbrushed and blended to each client's skin tone and chosen depth, with the solution mixed for that individual. Shade and depth can be adjusted lighter or darker, and subtle body contouring is available. Most spray tan appointments take about 15 to 30 minutes. A tan typically lasts 5 to 7 days, depending on the skin, preparation and aftercare. The business says its spray tans will not turn clients orange and describes itself as having the best spray tans in Madison County; both are the studio's own claims. The spray tan artist is described as certified, though the certifying body is not named.

Brides can book trial tans to test shade, depth and contouring before the wedding, and the studio recommends scheduling the final tan two to three days before the big day. Clients are asked to wear loose, dark clothing that won't rub against the tan, avoid sweating until after their first rinse, and keep the tan dry until their personalized rinse time. Clients with sensitive skin can book as long as they mention skin sensitivities before the appointment. The studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Each service is adjusted to the individual, from the cleanser and mask used in a facial to the shade and depth of a spray tan.
