Visits are by appointment. The studio is generally open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm and closed Sundays, and no receptionist is on duty, so clients book ahead by phone or email.

The menu is grouped into facials, HydraFacials, head spa treatments, body and beauty services, body treatments and waxing. Facial options range from a Lucrece Vitamin C treatment and a Lucrece Five Star Enrich and Lift treatment to a personalized facial built around skin needs, Bio Jouvance facials and an acne-clarifying facial. Microneedling is available per session or as a three-session package. Three sessions are the usual starting point, with more possibly needed, a numbing cream goes on about 15 minutes beforehand, and a recovery kit is recommended afterward, along with limiting sun exposure right after treatment.

Medical services and consultations, both surgical and non-surgical, are overseen by Medical Director Dr. Timothy Gillum. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy-now-pay-later company, with interest-bearing options at APRs as low as 5.99% and 0% APR options subject to eligibility.
