The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Services cover sugar hair removal, lash extensions, and waxing under a menu the studio groups as Waxing & More.

Sugaring is reserved for female clients. Anyone booking sugaring for the first time uses the new client intimate sugaring option, and that booking includes the Sugar Prep Guide. Clients are advised to stop shaving about three weeks before a sugaring appointment, and sugaring is not performed on clients who decline to wear a tampon or menstrual cup during a period.
