The spa describes itself as values-driven, with a focus on long-term client relationships and careful service rather than volume or high-pressure selling.

Visits are booked by appointment, and complimentary skin care consultations are offered before treatments. Facials are generally recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, with more frequent visits during corrective phases. Pregnancy-safe facials are available, and clients with sensitive skin or rosacea can book calming treatments, where the esthetician adjusts products and techniques. Before a facial, clients are asked to avoid exfoliating, waxing, and active ingredients such as retinol or acids for 48 to 72 hours, and to wait 12 to 24 hours afterward before applying makeup. The spa is open Monday from 10am to 5pm, Wednesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Tuesday. Clients who need another time can text the spa to arrange one.

The acne program is built on the Face Reality system and guided by licensed estheticians who are acne-certified, according to the spa. Clients on the program are asked to use Face Reality products, since outside products may interfere with progress, and Jane Iredale mineral cosmetics are recommended and sold in the office. Treatments are usually booked every 2 to 3 weeks at first, then every 4 to 5 weeks. According to the salon, most clients notice improvement within 6 to 12 weeks, with full clearing typically in 3 to 6 months. Acne is treated as a chronic condition, so once skin is clear, clients move to a maintenance plan.

Facials use plant-based skincare lines free of harsh chemicals and artificial fragrances. The corrective lines used for acne treatments and chemical peels are not organic. Monthly facial memberships provide savings and perks, and the spa also offers House Silver and House Platinum accounts and an Emerald Membership that includes a monthly lash fill and Dermaplane Express. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 25 percent of the appointment, and no-shows are charged in full.

Treatments are built around each client's skin concerns and goals, using plant-based facial products, with acne handled as an ongoing condition that moves to maintenance once skin clears.
