The suite is reached through the back of the Main Street buildings, off a large parking lot. Navigation apps may direct visitors to the front of the building, which has no entrance. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. New facial clients begin with one of the two Motif visits, which pair a consultation with a bespoke facial. Clients can choose a dress-down option, with a plush microfiber gown in sizes small through 4XL and warm sheets and blankets, or a stay-dressed option with blankets draped for comfort.
The salon describes its philosophy as valuing quality over quantity, luxury with intention and self-care that doesn't come with guilt.
