The studio describes its work as long-term clinical correction rather than spa treatment. Instead of a single visit, it maps out a client's skin care over the following three months. Facials are not pre-packaged: each monthly visit is customized at the appointment, and clients do not need to arrive with a self-diagnosis because treatments are decided in person during the first visit.

The Blueprint Facial is the required first visit for all new clients and costs $199. It begins with a diagnostic assessment of the skin barrier, including a measurement of transepidermal water loss. The visit also includes a Hydrafacial vortex hydro-clearing treatment, live compounding of custom topical actives, clinical LED phototherapy, and a written 90-day treatment and home-care plan.

Ongoing care is offered through two monthly memberships. The Maintenance Tier costs $139 per month and includes live compounding with exosomal peels, PDRN, TXA and lipid matrices, plus LED phototherapy at every session; Hydrafacial and Precision Dermaplaning can be added for $49 each. The Corrective Tier costs $189 per month, includes a Hydrafacial at every session, adds Precision Dermaplaning when clinically indicated, and includes LED phototherapy. Both tiers include 10% off clinical home-care products. Membership is capped at 65 active patients.

Members follow a 90-day runway of three cellular turnover cycles before moving to month-to-month membership. They may move from Maintenance to Corrective at any time, and may step down only after completing the initial 90-day commitment. After the runway, members can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. Monthly sessions are booked at the end of each visit or by texting Suite 201.

Clinical treatments on offer include LightStim Elipsa phototherapy, which the studio describes as FDA-cleared, Precision Dermaplaning, Precision Diamond Microdermabrasion, Transdermal Nano-Infusion and Vortex Hydro-Dermabrasion. Consultations are available in French and Italian.
