The team covers women's, men's, girls under 7 and boys under 7 hair services, plus extensions, makeup, waxing and threading. Staff speak nine languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Korean, Arabic, Albanian, Tagalog and Farsi.

Every service begins with a consultation, and prices listed are starting prices that vary with hair length, thickness and complexity, with the final price confirmed at that consultation. Walk-ins are welcome at the salon, and the barber shop also takes phone appointments. Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at booking, which is credited after the appointment. Changes or cancellations should be made 48 hours ahead, and a cancellation within 24 hours forfeits the deposit. A private room is available on request for religious or cultural reasons.

Free parking is directly in front of the salon, and it is easy to reach from the Garden State Parkway and Route 17. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed Sundays because of Bergen County Blue Laws. Unused retail items may be returned within 7 days for store credit, and gift cards can be used at sister locations in the tri-state area. Major credit cards, money orders, bank checks and cash are accepted, and advertised prices include a 4% cash discount.
