The studio describes itself as a judgment-free, creativity-forward space meant for experimenting, working together and building confidence with color. Every service is adjusted to the client's day-to-day life, how much upkeep they want to commit to, and their personal style.

Color is the core of the business. Options range from root touch-ups and solid full color to partial and full highlights, bleach retouches and vivid color. Vivid work can start with an Express Vivids session for first-time clients or move into a Custom Vivids appointment with creative color and placement. Before a vivid service, clients can book a paid Vivid Vision consultation, which covers hair history, lifestyle, a test strand, a color card reading and a custom vision board; the fee is credited toward the service that follows.

Beyond color, the studio offers haircuts, blowouts, a keratin anti-frizz treatment, a scalp treatment, a chlorine detox treatment and hair tinsel, plus hand-tied weft extensions and clip-in color pieces. Extensions require an extension consultation first for new clients.

Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $50 fee applies to the next booking when an appointment is canceled within 24 hours.

Each service is shaped around the client's lifestyle, the amount of maintenance they are comfortable with, and their personal style.
