The menu is grouped into Basics, Colour, Extensions and Treatments. Cut prices depend on hair length, the time needed and the detail involved. Color and keratin smoothing prices can rise with the amount of product used. A consultation is required before color correction and extension services, and it covers a hair assessment, patch or color tests, and an estimate of time, cost and upkeep.
A card must be kept on file to book. Cancellations or changes made with under 24 hours' notice carry a $100 fee, and an appointment missed without a phone call is billed in full. Confirmations and reminders before each visit are sent by email and text. Payment is accepted in cash, by check, through Venmo or through Zelle, but credit cards are not taken. Gift certificates can be bought in any amount and can only be used toward services. A client unhappy with a result may ask for a free correction within 14 days of the appointment or a 50% refund of the service. For snow closures and major delays, the salon follows the LPS district in Arapahoe County. Appointments canceled because of weather are first in line for the earliest openings.

Cuts in short, medium-long and extra long-thick lengths, with clipper or scissor options for short cuts. Each cut comes with a shampoo, a scalp and shoulder massage and a full style, and bang trims, neck clean ups and extended massage are also offered.
