Much of the menu is dry work. Russian manicures use an e-file for precision cuticle care and nail plate leveling, with gel applied close to the cuticle. The salon says that gel lasts up to four weeks, so it suggests a monthly visit. Dazzle Dry is offered as a gel alternative; the brand says it dries in about five minutes without a UV or LED lamp and is designed to last one to two weeks. Hard gel strengthening and extensions are done without dip powder, acrylic or plastic tips, and the salon also offers a Japanese manicure with a mineral-rich paste and powder, with no polish.

Bookings require a card, which is charged only after the service unless cancellation rules are broken. Changes must be made at least 72 hours ahead through the website or by phone, since texts and voicemails are not accepted. Cancelling 72 or more hours ahead is free, 48 to 72 hours ahead is charged half the service cost, and less than 24 hours ahead is charged in full. No-shows are charged in full, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a full charge. Clients should disclose any fungal or skin issues in advance. Children and animals are not allowed, smoking and vaping are prohibited, and clients are asked to keep noise down with headphones. Breaks, eating and texting during a procedure are not permitted. Using personal tools requires signing a waiver.

The salon also runs a nail school with courses in Russian and dry manicure, dry pedicure, and gel strengthening and extensions. It is hiring nail technicians who work with the dry manicure technique and lists full schedules from the first day, W-2 employment, part-time options, and staff training and advanced training among what it offers.

The salon says every procedure follows strict hygiene standards and that care and style are tailored to each client.
