Didi Salon was established in 2007. The salon describes itself as the Bay Area's premiere hair salon for women and men of all ages. It is housed in a 1920s cottage that has been redesigned with a modern look and many windows for natural light, in downtown Burlingame near restaurants and shops. Metered parking is free after 6:00 pm.

Services are grouped into blow outs and styling, color and highlights, haircuts, specialty services and treatments. Styling is offered for special occasions, events and weddings, and the salon also takes children and teens, with a student discount for ages 12 to 18.

Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed Sunday. Hours can vary by stylist, so the salon points clients to each stylist's bio for individual availability. Appointments can be booked through the online booking link or by calling 650-344-3010 or emailing appointments@didisalon.com. Menu prices are starting prices and vary by stylist; the salon can quote individual stylist prices, and prices may change with product costs.

The salon uses and sells Oribe, R+Co and Bb. hair care products. Products can be ordered by email and shipped. Each product purchase of $30 or more earns one loyalty point, and 10 points earn a $30 credit toward a later purchase.
