The menu is grouped into hair color, cuts and blowouts, smoothing treatments, extensions, scalp care, lash application, makeup and event styling. Extension clients start with a required consultation, and on-location event work begins with an email to the venue for a travel quote.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and they are applied to the final balance on the day of service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with a fee of half the scheduled price for shorter notice. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full amount of the booked services, while the studio refunds deposits in full if it has to cancel for unforeseen reasons. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. One additional guest may come along and wait in the waiting area, and children are not allowed unsupervised outside of the suites.
