The team includes stylists, a Creative Director, an Assistant Manager and front desk staff, with front desk coordinators handling day-to-day operations remotely. Continuing education is a core part of the salon for stylists and their assistants. Stylists move through its Skills Certification program, which includes hands-on practice under Master Educators and Specialist Stylists, and are described as AVEDA-trained.

Blonding services use foils and hand-painting techniques, finished with a blow-dry and style. Focus Foil adds brightness at the hairline and part with depth through the mids and ends, Partial Highlight brightens the upper section while keeping the lower layers deeper, Full Highlight gives all-over brightness and dimension, and Balayage is a hand-painted technique. Covering natural regrowth during a foil or hair-painting service carries an extra charge. Color corrections begin with a complimentary consultation, which can be virtual on request. Services that run over two hours, including balayage, double-process color, color corrections and perms, need a 50% deposit and a credit card.

Hair extensions include Halo Couture, Top Piece and VoMor Tape-In, all made from 100% human hair and customized to a guest's color and style. Every extension service begins with a consultation. VoMor Tape-In can be reused for up to six months with proper care, and the Top Piece is offered for small to medium balding and receding areas.

Color Express memberships suit current guests who keep their color fresh every three to six weeks, with a maximum grow-out of six weeks. Premium costs $90 a month for one monthly color application, and Premium Plus costs $125 a month and adds a professional blow-dry and style. Members complete an in-salon consultation before the first appointment, receive a free Take-Home Color Kit (one between services) and 10% off AVEDA products. Memberships are non-transferable and pricing can change if extra product is needed for roots. Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours ahead, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation and a fee. Services are guaranteed for up to seven days when AVEDA product recommendations are followed.
