The salon says its goal is to give every client master-level technical work alongside warm, personal service, and that it serves clients of all backgrounds, cultures, hair textures and styles. The salon describes itself as the number 1 Filipino salon, a claim it makes about itself. Team members are personally trained in Jacqueline's thermal and coloring disciplines. The salon also plans to open a training program called Pinoy Hair Studio Beauty Academy for aspiring stylists.

Much of the work centers on thermal straightening and color. Rebonding and keratin packages are offered alongside Cysteine treatments, Nano Plasty protein straight bond, Brazilian Blowout, and Hair Botox. Color services range from root touch-ups and highlights to balayage, balayage ombre, dimensional color and full color bleach, which takes about three hours. Braids are offered in many styles, including knotless, box, stitch, feed-in, lemonade, tribal or Fulani, twists and passion twists, with weaves, sew-ins, quick weaves, crochet and wigs also available. Loc services include retwists, starter locs, micro locs, detox, repair and maintenance. Braid and loc services do not include hair, so clients bring the hair needed for their chosen style. Hair extensions are arranged by consultation, with human hair options in clip-on or glued styles, and extension appointments require a deposit.

Pricing varies with hair condition, texture, length, thickness and the service requested, and the stylist confirms the final price before starting. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late pay a $35 fee on their next appointment, and those more than 45 minutes late lose the appointment and must reschedule. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and a missed appointment carries a non-refundable $35 fee applied to the missed service. Two or more missed appointments lead to termination of services. Refunds may be offered when a client is unhappy and the salon is at fault, provided accurate hair history was given, and credit card refunds take 15 to 20 days.
