Blonding and dimensional color are the core of the menu. Options range from face-framing mini dimensional blonding and partial or full dimensional blonding to dimensional darkening, foil highlights, and all-over platinum work with lift and tone or double process. Balayage is hand-painted and includes the product needed for the effect. Blow-dry is included with blonding and fashion color, and color services are not used for blonde results, which are booked as highlight services instead. Precision cuts include haircuts with a professional blowout, specialty cuts such as bobs, butterfly layers, and wolf cuts, and curly cuts for natural curl patterns.

Extensions are a separate process. They are priced at consultation, a consultation is required before any install, and the salon orders the hair for each install. The extension specialists are Bellami Certified.

Each visit begins with a personalized consultation. For new clients or before a major change, the consultation covers which services and treatments fit the goal and what care to do at home. New clients can start with a special that pairs a haircut, scalp treatment, and style, or a partial highlight with a Bond RX treatment and a haircut and style. Some transformations need extra time depending on hair length, density, and complexity. Pricing reflects the stylist's level, training, and the time a service needs, and can also shift with hair length, density, and the complexity of the appointment.

Both locations are open to book online. If no suitable time shows up online, clients can text the salon, fill out the contact form, or join the waitlist. The contact form asks which location is preferred and accepts photos of current hair and inspiration looks. Walk-ins are welcome, and same-day appointments are often available. The Orlando location is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 8pm, and the Cocoa Village location is open Thursday through Sunday, 10am to 6:30pm.

Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead lets the appointment retainer move to another booking. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead or not showing up means the retainer is kept as a fee. Emergency cancellations are handled case by case. eGift cards are sold in $10, $20, $25, $50, or custom amounts.

Every service starts with a personalized consultation, and the whole team takes part in monthly educational training along with specialty classes through the year.
