The business was founded by owner Andi Taylor, a licensed medical esthetician since 2012, who set out to build a space where clients feel seen and supported. Before settling at this location, she followed her clients through several other locations. The salon describes itself as built on trust and long-term client relationships, and it says it has partnered with award-winning skincare brands.
Hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts, and members can cancel anytime by email. Cancellations are not accepted by phone, unused credits expire on cancellation, and rejoining after cancelling requires a 12-month wait. Members have a 24-hour cancellation window, and late cancellations or rescheduling may bring a 50% charge or forfeited credits.
