Every visit begins with a consultation. Stylists look at density, texture, growth patterns, chemical history, styling habits and upkeep before suggesting a cut or treatment, so recommendations are shaped around the individual client. Haircuts usually run 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the stylist, length, density and style, and include a consultation, shampoo, blow-dry and finishing style. A haircut is not included with color, bleach, perm, straightening or keratin services and has to be booked on its own. Color prices cover one color session, bleach is not included, and the final price for many color and texture services is settled during the appointment.

The Japanese Head Spa comes in 20, 40 and 60 minute courses, with or without a blow-dry, and can be added to a haircut. Sessions are built around the client's scalp concerns and condition: the scalp is cleansed to suit its needs, then massaged. Longer courses include a microscope scalp consultation. The team is trained by Japanese salon professionals using a structured method, and the head spa uses premium organic products. The salon describes the treatment as cosmetic care, not a treatment for hair loss or a medical scalp condition. According to the salon, many guests return every four to six weeks. Head spa can sometimes be combined with a color or chemical service, depending on availability, and clients are asked to call or text first.

New clients complete an online consultation form before color, balayage, highlight or straightening services, and some services need consultation approval before an appointment is confirmed. A deposit of $100, applied to the bill, is required for balayage, highlights, bleach and toner, color correction, digital perm and Japanese straightening. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean services cannot be offered, and a charge of 50 percent of the total service cost may apply. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50 percent of the reserved amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. The first 90 minutes of parking in the Shoppers Lane lot across from the salon are free, and parking can be limited at lunchtime. The salon is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.
