Before opening the Del Mar studio, Pilo worked in salons across Los Angeles and Newport Beach. Services cover hair cutting, beard work, color, texture refinement, add-on treatments for the neck, edges and scalp, and monthly plans. Every haircut includes a personal consultation.

Concierge grooming takes the appointment to a client's home, hotel, office or other chosen setting. The stylist brings their own chair, tools and lighting, set up near an electrical outlet. An inquiry does not confirm a time; payment in full at booking secures the reservation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead receive a full refund, while later cancellations are nonrefundable, subject to legal rights. Additional guests can be added by arrangement, so the client should say how many people are joining and what each needs.

Executive Hours are private early-morning grooming sessions at the studio, requested through a form and confirmed after review. Clients who are unsure what to book, or are considering a chemical service, can request a 15-minute phone consultation. Requests are sent through a shared form where the client chooses a reply by phone or email, and a request does not reserve an appointment.

The studio builds a relationship with each client through a personal consultation and ongoing visits, learning how their hair behaves over time. Recommendations on cut changes, products and routine are based on observed results, growth and daily habits such as exercise, surfing, swimming or hat wearing.
