Add-ons can be added to a service: a conditioning treatment for $50, an additional gloss for $55, base color between foils for $55, and the Milbon 5 step treatment for $130. Prices for all services may rise depending on the current condition of the hair and the client's goal.

Appointments are requested through an online form, and a credit card number is needed to reserve. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. A no-show or late cancellation is charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may have their reservation rescheduled and may be asked to prepay for future services. Minor tweaks are honored if contacted within one week of the visit. Some results take several appointments, and extra services needed to reach a goal are charged separately rather than treated as a redo. Refunds are not offered on hair services.

Complimentary services come with an agreement that the salon may use photos or video from the visit for marketing, and that the client will share three Instagram Stories and one collaboration post within three days of the appointment.
