The salon aims to feel inviting and comfortable. Stylists work with each client to reach a look they will like, and every haircut includes a complimentary blowout. Appointments are booked by calling (781) 729-1228, as online booking is disabled. Gift cards are available.
Color services run from toners and glosses through single process color, partial and full foil, balayage, and specialty foil such as babylights and foilayage. Corrective color is priced by consultation. Keratin treatments recondition hair to repair damage, strengthen it, and reduce frizz. The express version lasts 8 to 10 weeks and suits finer hair that needs curl or frizz reduced, while the standard version lasts 4 to 6 months and suits coarse, thick, or unruly hair. The salon states that a keratin treatment cuts blow-drying time in half. Waxing covers brows, lip, and chin, and lash lifts are offered with a tint option. All price list items are a la carte, and prices are starting prices unless noted.
Bridal clients can book a free consultation with a stylist to talk through their hair and choose a hairstyle. Wedding services can be provided at the client's location, or a bridal party can be booked at the salon, where guests are offered bubbly and snacks. Massage pricing is available by calling the salon. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday 12 PM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Sundays. Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead, as a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled price may apply otherwise.
Stylists work with clients to create a look they will like, and the salon says it uses high-quality products.
