Each visit begins with a consultation so the service can be shaped around the guest. New clients are asked to call for a first appointment, and returning clients can book online at any time. First visits include a complimentary consultation, and first-time facial guests also receive a complimentary skin consultation. Final pricing is confirmed at the consultation. Listed prices are starting minimums that vary by stylist and location, and gratuity is not included. Services that run over three hours require a 50% deposit and 48 hours' notice to cancel, while other cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a full-service charge. Gift cards come in any amount, never expire, can be used for any service or retail product at any location, and are not redeemable for cash.

Spa treatments are performed by licensed estheticians. Facials run from a 30-minute express option to a one-hour HydraFacial, and massages are offered in 30, 60 or 90 minutes depending on the style. Nail services use cruelty-free, low-odor polishes, and gel services use UV-free LED lamps. Children are welcome in the salon with a supervising adult, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied in the spa area and have a responsible adult present for consultations.

The Henrietta location at 4112 W Henrietta Rd is open Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 4:30pm, and has a large lot directly in front of the salon. The Fairport location at 400 Packetts Landing keeps similar hours, with Wednesday 9am to 5pm, and has ample parking with easy access. The Park Avenue location at 735 Park Ave is open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, with street parking and nearby public lots. All locations are closed on Sunday, and Park Avenue is also closed on Mondays.
