Hair is a major part of the menu. Curly hair is a specialty, and all hair types are welcome. Color is done with L'Oréal Professionnel products, which are ammonia free. Services include single process root color, highlights, balayage and ombré, semi-permanent color, color glazing and corrective color, which is priced after a consultation.

Facials use MimoSeven, the salon's own small-batch skincare line, which the salon describes as all-natural, 100% plant based and organic. The salon says its staff are trained to address scalp conditions such as dandruff, eczema, psoriasis and thinning hair.

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Consultations are complimentary and come with no obligation to book. Hours are Tuesday 9:30am to 5pm, Wednesday to Friday 10am to 7pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm. Prices start at $35 for color glazing or semi-permanent color, $60 for a women's haircut with a stylist, $85 for a women's haircut with Stefania, and $80 for a Pumpkin AHA peel as a standalone treatment.

The salon works from a nature-based philosophy and treats its services as part of a wider ritual of self-care.
