The Salon, the Spa and the Men's Club all sit at the Monroe Avenue address, and each is run in its own separate space. The Salon has a mix of city and family feel and serves clients across generations, with cuts and styling for the whole family. Hair care covers styling, color, treatments, restructuring, extensions and wigs, with dry bar services and a consultation required for extensions and custom corrective color. The Spa offers facials that range from teen and classic options to HydraFacial tiers, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, light therapy and anti-aging treatments, along with body wraps, scrubs, soaks and airbrush spray tans. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, Himalayan salt stone and reflexology, and the salon says its massage staff are certified. The salon itself states that electrolysis is the only FDA-approved permanent hair removal process and says it works on all hair types and skin tones, unlike laser. Semi-permanent cosmetic services include microblading and lip blushing, which require a 50% deposit that goes toward the service. Lash services include lifts, tints, Korean lash lifts and full sets, and the business says its lash specialists are certified.

The Men's Club is a barbershop and grooming space with saunas, steam showers, a billiards table, massage chairs and whirlpools. Services include signature haircuts, signature shaves, a combined haircut and shave experience, hot lather and straight razor shaves, beard trims and men's color, and the business says its men's color stylists are trained exclusively in men's color and can eliminate or blend gray. Men's Club spa packages include gratuity. Women and children are also welcome there. Groups can reserve one of the complimentary rooms, and custom packages for individuals or groups are arranged through the Guest Services Manager.

A credit card must be on file to hold an appointment. Cancelling, rescheduling or missing an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a charge of 50% of the service price. Bridal and group parties have a longer deadline: they need to cancel within one week to avoid that same 50% fee. Spa visitors are asked to check in 30 minutes early, and nail clients 15 minutes early. The spa provides robes, slippers and lockers at no cost. Tipping is optional. The building is smoke-free. Glam Pass is a monthly membership that covers blowouts and retail discounts. It renews automatically, and any blowouts not used in a given month do not roll over. According to the business, all prices are subject to change.
