The salon was established in 2025 according to its listing, and it occupies a building with a long history. It opened in 1936 as a Lumley's grocery store with a Hi-speed auto shop attached, became the C&C business in the mid-1950s, and sat empty for more than a decade before the salon moved in. An on-site café, The Mark Café, is part of the business.

Services center on haircuts, color, highlights, balayage, extensions and smoothing treatments. Color work ranges from root touch-ups and global color to custom color techniques such as balayage, babylights and color melting. Pricing for foil highlight and haircut starts at partial foiling, and any extra gray coverage or root shadow in foil highlight services carries an additional charge. Extension services include consultations, weft installs and removals, move-ups and tape-in re-installs. The Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment lasts about three to four months with at-home maintenance.

Brazilian Blowout appointments must be booked by phone with a 50% deposit. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice or a 50% fee applies, and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled price. Services are not refundable, but concerns reported to management within five days qualify for a no-charge redo with the same stylist within two weeks. Smocks are provided during color services. Merchandise can be exchanged within one use, and gift cards are available in any amount for any service or product.
