The clinic was founded by Anita Smith, a licensed cosmetologist since 1983 who has practiced permanent makeup for more than 35 years and developed her own gentle hand-method application. Every visit can start with a complimentary consultation, with time to ask questions, look at options and decide before any treatment. Permanent eyebrows cost $600 including the perfecting appointment. A session takes about 1.5 hours and is usually done across two sessions, with a perfecting visit four to six weeks after the first. Brow shape is mapped and can be adjusted by the client before any pigment goes in, and a medical-grade topical numbing cream is applied first. Brows typically last about two years before a refresh, and Aquaphor is applied for the first three days of healing.

Eyeliner runs from a lash-line enhancement to a fuller, more makeup-like look, priced at $650, and is done with both machine and hand methods. Clients keep their eyes closed for the whole appointment and return for a follow-up four to six weeks later. Lip color costs $825 and can be custom blended to a shade the client brings in. The lip shape is drawn and approved before pigment is applied, with a perfecting follow-up about six to eight weeks after.

Scalp micropigmentation is offered for men, for women and for scar camouflage. Men begin with a one-on-one consultation and approve the hairline design before any pigment is applied. For women, the aim is to camouflage thinning hair and create the look of fuller hair. SMP can also blend scars from FUE or FUT hair transplants or injuries into the surrounding hair. The business says it does not damage follicles or cause additional hair loss, and that redness usually fades within 24 to 48 hours, with 1 to 3 days of minimal downtime. Pigment can often be lightened or removed with laser over several sessions. Financing is available through United Medical Credit.

Skincare includes Hydrafacial, a non-invasive, multi-step facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and hydrates, using Vortex-Fusion technology. It has no downtime and can be adapted for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and is used for fine lines, enlarged pores, breakouts, dullness and dehydration. PRX Derm Perfexion is also offered. Corrective permanent makeup is available for brows, eyeliner and lips done by another artist; each case is evaluated individually and options are discussed before work begins. Touch-ups and refreshers have special pricing, though additional charges may apply for correction.
