Britney Lane is a permanent makeup and scalp micropigmentation artist at Permanent Effects, working with founder Anita Smith. She has more than 17 years of experience in permanent makeup using machine and hand-method techniques, and over eight years in scalp micropigmentation. She learned the gentle hand method from Anita Smith. She provides permanent eyebrows, eyeliner, lip color, scalp micropigmentation and corrective permanent makeup.
