Every facial starts with an analysis of the skin, followed by a conversation about needs, home care and product recommendations. The business puts education alongside treatment, so clients leave knowing more about caring for their own skin. Facials are generally suggested about every four to six weeks, with the timing adjusted to each person's skin. A free 30-minute staff consultation can help choose a facial or treatment, and it can be booked on its own or added to a facial.

The Kind Signature Facial, starting at $90, is a classic facial that includes cleansing, light extractions, a mask and a finishing moisturizer, with products customized to the skin. The Pure and Delicate Facial, also $90, is designed for sensitive, overstimulated or compromised skin and uses Hale and Hush products. Other facials include the Envee Facial at $120, which uses the Green Envee line for signs of aging and dry skin, and the Tone and Sculpt Gua Sha Facial at $90. Policies are set for the appointment schedule. Clients should arrive a few minutes early; arrivals more than 10 minutes late are treated as no-shows and the appointment is cancelled, and a shortened treatment is still charged in full. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead, and no-shows may be charged up to the full price of the service. After a no-show, the next service must be paid for in advance. Children cannot be in treatment rooms or left unattended in the waiting area, and guests are not allowed in treatment rooms on treatment days.
