The facial menu starts with a 10-minute Baby Peel and a 35-minute Express Dermaplane, which removes peach fuzz and ends with customized finishing products. The Signature Facial runs 65 minutes and includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, steam with extractions, a mask, and a shoulder and scalp massage. The Flow Facial is a 75-minute massage facial designed to support lymphatic drainage and circulation, and the Dermaplane Facial combines a customized facial with dermaplaning over 75 minutes. A 45-minute Teen Facial is also offered.

New clients can start with a free 30-minute consultation, or book a combined new-client consult with a facial or with a lash lift, which runs longer and requires a deposit. Brow services cover waxing, tinting, a combined wax and tint, and brow lamination. Lash services include a lash lift and a lash lift with tint. Add-ons such as nose, lip and brow waxing, a hydrojelly mask and a Baby Peel can be booked alongside a full service.

Microneedling uses the SkinPen device with Anteage growth factors in a 75-minute session. The business describes SkinPen as the first FDA-approved microneedling device. A four-session SkinPen with Anteage package costs $1,500, saving $300, and includes full Anteage aftercare. Sessions can be spread out through the year or used every four weeks, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page.

Deposits go toward the appointment. Clients should reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, since later cancellations forfeit the deposit and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for delivery, and are final sale.

Treatments are tailored, with customized facial steps and finishing products, and microneedling is offered as a multi-session package for ongoing skin work.
