Extension quotes start from the client's natural hair plus the length or volume they are aiming for, and final pricing is confirmed at a virtual consultation. First-time installations are listed at roughly $1,230 to $3,000 or more, and maintenance visits, which include cleaning and repositioning, run from $240 to $705. Extensions need maintenance every six to eight weeks, and those visits must be booked in advance.

Coloring is offered with or without extensions. The highlight packages are sized by the amount of color and time involved rather than by a specific area of the head. Every highlight service includes a glaze and an Olaplex treatment, and a root melt can be added if wanted.

A first visit is a longer appointment, usually four to six hours. New extension and color clients complete a guest application or a New Color/Cut Guest Form, then a virtual consultation, and pay a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total. Existing clients book by text. Snacks and drinks are offered, and clients can order food or drinks during appointments. Parking is around the Sola building, with a bench outside the studio and restrooms down the hall. Guests cannot bring children, friends, pets or spouses to appointments, so child care needs to be arranged ahead of time, and pets are not allowed inside except service animals. Extension and custom-matched products are final sale.

Extensions and color are planned together around each client's natural hair and the look they want, with final pricing set at a virtual consultation.
