The studio's focus is hair color that looks natural, hand-painted and sun-kissed, and that is easy to keep up between visits. Chelsea also takes on more dramatic looks such as ombre and bleach and tone. Color options include all-over color, root retouches, partial and full dimension in balayage, foilayage or traditional highlights, and a dimension-plus-color service for clients who are unsure of their direction. A gloss and tone add-on can help cancel brassy tones in previously colored hair. Full Dimension starts at $230, and Color Correction, for color done elsewhere that needs fixing, starts at $310, with time and price depending on the hair.

Chelsea offers iTip extensions and can also discuss kTip, weft, volume weft and tape-in options during a required extension consultation, which is free and takes about 20 minutes and covers how each method works and how to match hair color. Installation, removal, and removal with a new installation are available, and weft extensions can be tightened once between full removal and reinstall appointments, up to a maximum of 5 weeks after the last install.

Every service includes a consultation and a style. Haircuts are offered to current clients and referrals only. A Brazilian blowout smooths frizz and makes hair easier to straighten without removing natural curl or wave; it lasts about 4 to 6 months and hair should wait 48 hours before washing. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or a 20% cancellation fee may apply. Gift cards are sold through the booking page for a visit or as a present.
