The studio is a private room inside a Sola Salons building in Eden Prairie. Clients enter through the front door, turn left, and follow the hallway to Studio 28 on the right. Each studio in the building has its own ventilation system.

Booking works by request: the stylist reviews every new appointment request and confirms it, and may suggest a different time. Studio hours are Tuesday and Thursday through Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM; the studio is closed on Mondays and Saturdays. A 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The color menu covers single all-over color, root retouches, partial and full foil highlights, dimensional color, gray blending, bleach and tone, and corrective color. Corrective color starts at $300 and is priced at $100 per hour with a $150 deposit; the final price is set at a consultation based on the result the client wants. Color consultations are free and take about 30 minutes.

The haircut menu includes a shorter cut for children aged 10 and under, men's cuts with a hot towel finish, women's cuts, and bang or neck trims, along with options that pair a haircut with color or a conditioning treatment. Extension maintenance and an extension consultation are also offered, and shampoo and blowout or special occasion styling are available for events.

Each booking is reviewed by the stylist before it is confirmed, and every service is followed by a full studio cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectant and tools that are sanitized and stored.
