The school offers five programs. Master Cosmetologist and Master Barber each run 1,500 hours, Esthetician runs 1,000 hours, and Nail Technician runs 600 hours; the school states that each of these is required for licensure in Georgia. Instructor Training includes a 750-hour Cosmetology Instructor pathway, and it covers lesson planning, classroom management and preparation for the State Board exam.

Clients who book services are seen by students, and licensed instructors supervise the work. Training is hands-on, with instructor-led practice in a setting designed to feel like a working salon. Services are listed individually with their prices, and some are noted as starting at a given amount. All facials begin with a consultation. Campus hours for services are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:30am to 6:00pm and Thursday and Friday from 10:30am to 3:00pm, and the student schedule runs longer.

Prospective students can apply if they are at least 16, with a photo ID, a Social Security card and a high school diploma or GED. Transcripts may be accepted case by case if they are official, show a graduation date and are accepted by the Department of Education. Students under 18 provide a birth certificate, and a $20 fee is due when the enrollment contract is signed. The school accepts VA education benefits and states that Spanish is spoken. A free 30-minute campus tour with no obligation can be booked through the website, and an admissions representative responds within 24 hours, or within 48 hours on weekends.

Services are carried out by students under the supervision of licensed instructors, with training built on hands-on practice.
