Licensing programs range from 600 to 1,500 hours. Master Cosmetologist and Master Barber training are each 1,500 hours and required for Georgia licensure, Esthetician training is 1,000 hours and also required for licensure, and Nail Technician training is 600 hours. Instructor tracks for esthetics, cosmetology, barbering and nail work run from 250 to 750 hours, and weekly state board exam preparation is part of the curriculum. Shorter programs cover eyelash extensions, permanent make-up, make-up application and eyebrow threading, with threading classes held on Monday and Thursday evenings.

Continuing education is available online through an e-learning catalog for licensed professionals, including esthetics and business topics. A Health + Business Bundle (5 hours, $50) includes certification and exam access. A Full Instructor Bundle (15 hours, $150) includes five courses covering continuing education requirements, and the academy describes it as complete instructor certification with a diploma included. Single courses are $35 each and carry 2 or 3 CE credits, including a 3-hour Health, Safety & Sanitation course that the academy describes as a Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers health and safety curriculum. Courses come with lifetime access and DRM protection.

The public salon menu is open Tuesday through Friday, 10:30am to 5:00pm, and the student schedule runs Tuesday through Friday, 9:00am to 9:00pm. Appointments are made by calling or texting the location. Complex haircut styles and corrective color require a consultation before service. Hair services carry an added $8 per bowl when extra product is needed. Starting prices run from $5 for shaves and nail cut-downs to $60 for cornrows with added hair, with some services listed as starting at a higher price.

Prospective students begin with a tour, which the academy says lasts 30 minutes with no obligation. Enrollment then involves an application and a signed agreement with a fee at signing. The school says it is authorized under federal law to enroll students with a valid M1 non-immigrant visa. Home-schooled applicants must provide documentation of a state certification. The school lists program completion within 12 months. It offers job placement assistance, and says a network of salon and barbershop partners recruits graduates to help them find a first job.
