Much of the menu is built around natural and protective styling: crochet braids, sew-ins, quick weaves, microlink extension installs, lace frontal installs, butterfly locs, faux locs, natural cornrows and silk press. Loc care is a large part of the list, from starter locs by comb coil, crochet instant locs or interlocking to retightening microlocs and sistalocs, crochet needle tightening, loc repair, pruning and grooming. Styling options include petals, buns, rod sets, pipe cleaners and bantu knots.

Most services include shampoo and conditioning, while styling-only services do not. Anything expected to take more than three hours, such as braids, crocheting real locs, loc extensions and some interlocking, requires a consultation first. Virtual consultations are $20 and in-person consultations are $55, and both are booked by calling the salon. New clients pay in full at booking. Same-day bookings need a phone call to confirm availability, and next-day bookings made after 3 PM also need a call. There are no weekday bookings between 2:20 PM and 4:00 PM during the lunch break. A $20 late fee applies to late arrivals and must be paid before service begins. The salon notes that prices may change at any time due to inflation.
