Perfect Frame is a cosmetic tattoo studio with two locations: the Los Angeles studio is in the Arts District at 695 South Santa Fe Avenue, and the New York location is at 636 Broadway in SoHo. The studio offers microblading, nano brows and piercing. Microblading implants pigment beneath the skin to mimic fine hair strokes, adding density to existing brows or building a full set for clients with partial or complete hair loss.

Nano brows use a tattoo machine with a single needle to place pigment in the same kind of hair-stroke pattern. They suit clients with oily skin and can add density, create a natural-looking set, or color-correct and cover up earlier brow tattooing. Eyebrow shape, color and texture are tailored to each client.

The studio was built over the last ten years by Jonathan Paul, its artist and owner, who has about a decade of cosmetic tattooing behind him. According to the site, Perfect Frame is a leading name in the field, and the studio says its aim is to bring out each client's best version of themselves. Microblading and nano brows begin with an in-depth consultation, which is included in the deposit.

Booking requires a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit that is deducted from the total. Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice, or the deposit may be lost. Clients must be at least 18 for microblading and nano brows, and pets and children are not allowed on the day of service. Clients should avoid Botox or filler near the brow area for two weeks beforehand and avoid alcohol for 24 hours before the appointment. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card or cash.

Follow-up timing is set by policy: a second session is done 2 to 6 months after the initial procedure, refreshers are for returning clients within 6 months of it, and annual revisits are recommended once a year. A service booked more than two years after the previous appointment requires a new service at full price.
