The studio was founded by Clarissa after she moved from Boston, Massachusetts to Los Angeles to advance her career. She started doing hair at 15, trained at Paul Mitchell schools and took more classes between the two cities. Before the studio, she had about five years at a barber shop and roughly eight years working on women's hair.
Clients can book through the Book Now option on the website, or reach the studio by text, email or Instagram direct message at clarshairs@gmail.com for questions. The booking site lists hours of 10 AM to 5 PM on most days and 10 AM to 7 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The salon describes its stylists as highly skilled and continuously trained.
