The salon says its treatments are backed by science and built around each client's skin, lifestyle and goals rather than a single routine for everyone. Visits often begin with a skin consultation used to shape a treatment plan around the client's skin goals. For first-time clients, the onsite-only first-time consultation includes a Canfield NEXA skin analysis, a personalized plan and a first treatment the same day.

Acne care covers consultations, in-spa acne treatments, acne facials, Candela Clear Acne Therapy and Forever Clear BBL, along with The Clear Skin Program, a personalized plan with in-spa treatments usually every two to four weeks. Candela Clear Acne Therapy uses 1064nm laser heat and is part of a customized plan that can include facials, in-office peels and homecare. Forever Clear BBL is a light-based treatment with no downtime, typically done as a series. The 60-minute acne facial includes deep cleansing, manual extractions, acne-safe chemical peels, oxygenating therapy, chlorophyll treatment, glacial cryotherapy, LED light therapy and a hydrating step with barrier support. Acne facials are not offered to clients using medications such as Accutane, tretinoin or prescription-strength topicals. The salon describes its acne products as medical or professional grade and free from harsh chemicals and irritants.

Facials range from a 30-minute dermaplaning facial to a 75-minute oxygen and lymphatic facial. Skincare services include HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, glacial skin cryotherapy, corrective peels, FactorFive and ExoFecta. Laser hair removal uses a Candela GentleMax Pro Plus, and clients can pay per session with no packages or contracts. Free laser consultations are offered, and the salon notes that at least eight treatments spaced six to twelve weeks apart are usually needed, without a guarantee of complete removal. Laser cannot be performed over tattoos, though the surrounding skin can be treated. Brows, lashes and waxing include brow lamination, brow tinting, Korean lash lifts with a cysteamine-free formula, and hard-wax bikini and Brazilian services that take about 10 to 15 minutes.

Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a $50 deposit is taken for longer bookings and applied to the total. Clients who miss appointments or cancel late are charged the lesser of 50% of the scheduled services or $50 to the card on file, and a 6-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Intake forms must be completed before the visit, and all booking communication goes through the front desk by text or phone. Hours are Monday and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm, Tuesday through Friday 10 am to 6 pm, and closed Sunday.
