Services fall into four groups: coloring, enhancements, haircutting and styling, and specialty services. Color ranges from base color, hairline highlights and all-over color to two curated options, limited and full, which are the longest appointments at three and four or more hours. Keratin Smoothing starts at $250 and takes three or more hours, and extensions are offered through row-based pricing and consultation.

Menu prices are starting points and vary by stylist, so the final price for a service can be higher depending on the person. A credit card must be kept on file to book any appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged half the service fee, and no-shows without notice are charged the full fee. Guests arriving 15 or more minutes late may be asked to shorten their service or reschedule. Services are non-refundable, but a complimentary adjustment may be offered when appropriate if a guest is unhappy with a result, provided the concern is raised within 72 hours and the adjustment relates directly to the original service. Major credit cards and cash are accepted, while personal checks and Venmo are not. Children are welcome during a service but should not come along to the guest's own appointment.
