The studio is open Monday from 9 AM to 1 PM and Tuesday and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and it is closed Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Color services run from a quick toner or all-over color through to long foil and dimensional sessions, with some options reserved for returning clients and face framing booked only after a consultation with Rachel.

Extension work has its own pathway. A consultation on hand-tied and individual keratin tip extensions is offered at no charge and can be added to a scheduled service, with no deposit needed. New hand-tied installs require a deposit, and the two-row install asks for a deposit on top of the service total. Tightening appointments are available by row count.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment carry a fee of half the service price. If a booking is moved at the time of cancelling, that fee may be applied to the new appointment. A no-show is charged half the booked service. Gift cards are available.
