Parlour 2.0 by Nikki was founded by Nikki Mose, who is the owner and works as the extension specialist and colorist. The salon's main focus is hair extensions, which are made from 100% human hair and set in individually, using a method the salon calls custom K-Tip. Precision cutting and customized color round out the menu.

Visits begin with a consultation that looks at hair type, lifestyle and goals, so the extension method is chosen for the client rather than by default. Nikki works closely with each client to learn their preferences before shaping the look. The salon says extensions should not damage natural hair when they are installed and cared for properly, and clients receive detailed aftercare instructions. Clients are asked not to remove extensions at home; removal is done at the salon.

Color work includes soft blondes, dimensional brunettes and bolder shades, with each formula customized. The salon describes its styles as setting new standards.

Booking policies: reschedules are free with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules inside 48 hours cost 50% of the service, up to $500, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, which can carry the 50% fee. Completed services are not refunded. Only clients receiving services may be in the salon. Tips are not required. Financing is available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later provider, with 0% APR plans and no hard credit checks according to the provider.
