Dr. Douglas M. Monasebian serves as Medical Director and Surgical Director and heads the Center for Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, which operates as Park Avenue Plastic Surgery. He is also an instructor and professor of plastic surgery at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. Facelifts take about two hours under IV sedation or general anesthesia, with a traditional full lift, a mid-facelift or a neck lift available. Swelling and bruising usually settle within two to four weeks.

The medical spa offers injectables such as Botox, Jeuveau, Juvederm and Versa, along with dermal fillers and fat transfer. Other treatments include Forma radiofrequency skin tightening for wrinkles, Morpheus8 skin resurfacing and remodeling, Dermapen microneedling, Fractora RF microneedling, HydraFacial, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, Body FX, fat reduction, and cellulite and stretch mark therapy. Customized facials and skin care are available, and skin care products are sold in the office.

The MedSpa membership costs $249 a month. It includes a monthly refresh facial, a monthly glycolic acid peel and a monthly skin analysis, along with 15% off spa services, 15% off injectables and fillers, 20% off skin care products and complimentary consultations with Dr. Monasebian.

Pediatric services include infant ear molding, Ear Well, treatment of congenital conditions, and emergency care of lacerations and burns. Scar revision and revision of previous surgery are offered whether the original procedure was cosmetic or reconstructive.

The practice combines surgical and non-surgical options for the face, breast and body and builds a personalized treatment plan for each patient, from consultation through post-operative care.
