Other services include women's and children's haircuts (children's cuts are for ages 10 and under), blowouts and styling, deep conditioning, K-18 and Brazilian Blowout treatments, Qiqi Smoothing Treatment, and hand-tied weft and I-tip or K-tip extensions. Fairy Tinsel Extensions, which are colored shimmer strands attached to natural hair, are also available.
Every visit can start with a complimentary consultation for the service a client is considering. New extension clients need a consultation before booking, and hair for a new install is purchased before the appointment. Extra fees may apply for extra long or extra thick hair on color and highlight services.
The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone at 650-605-3314, or a 50% cancellation fee applies. Deposits are $60 for full highlights, partial highlights, partial ombre or balayage, and one-row hand-tied weft reinstalls for new clients; $50 for a mini partial; and $100 for a Brazilian Blowout. Clients booking a birthday month receive a complimentary blowout.
The studio aims for color and style that clients can recreate at home between visits. Techniques are chosen to keep upkeep manageable for everyday life.
