Booking is online only. Because there is no front desk, clients reach the salon by text or email, and staff reply between appointments. Color corrections, transformations and extensions each require a consultation before booking; for extensions, this is an in-person appointment that sets the method, fit and color match. An online consultation form is available for anyone unsure which service to choose. Full, partial and transformational color bookings are each suited to a different level of change, from maintenance and face-frame refreshes to all-over brightness or a big change after a long gap.

Cuts include a full wash, blow-dry and styling finish. Prices are listed as starting points and do not include gratuity, as tips are not accepted. Payment is taken at the end of the appointment by major credit card or Apple Pay. A card is needed to hold a booking, with no deposit taken, but changes made with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments, are charged half the service. Clients are asked to come alone unless they are also having a service.

Color is planned around how it will grow out, with a consultation before larger changes and a preference for soft, blended results over harsh lines.
