Hours are Monday 10:00 to 5:00, Tuesday through Friday 9:30 to 7:00, and Saturday 9:00 to 5:00, with visits outside those hours available by appointment. Appointments are made by calling or visiting the salon at 425.629.3686. Online booking is open for select stylists; clients whose preferred stylist is not listed can email that stylist or call the salon. Individual stylists' contact details appear on the stylists page.

Pricing varies by stylist. Cancellations or changes made 48 hours ahead avoid a 50% charge of the service total, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full booked service. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in the appointment being cancelled. Each stylist guarantees satisfaction for 7 days after the service date. Products are guaranteed and can be exchanged for another of equal value, and dissatisfied clients may receive a complimentary correction appointment. Refunds are not given.

Each stylist is an independent business owner, and the salon pairs each client with the stylist best suited to their vision.
