The studio describes its lash approach as built around each client's features, preferences and natural lash condition, with natural lash health placed first. Designs range from subtle definition to expressive texture, and the studio uses only high-quality Japanese products. Timing may be adjusted when natural lashes need a recovery period.

The studio is open by appointment only. Requests are made by text, email or Instagram DM, as phone calls are not taken and voicemails are not returned. A request should include full name, phone number, the desired service, a preferred date and time, whether the client has extensions or a recent lash lift, and any event date. Clients are asked to arrive without mascara, strip-lash adhesive or other eye makeup and to remove contact lenses before service. Clients must be at least 16, and those under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign the consent form.

For a first set before a wedding or other event, two visits are recommended: one about a month before and a final visit two to three days before. Extensions are not applied while a previous lash lift is still pronounced, and waiting about six to eight weeks after a lift is generally recommended. Standard sets include touch-ups within three weeks and LED sets within five weeks. Specific retention or results cannot be guaranteed, so regular maintenance appointments are recommended.

Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs 50% of the scheduled service fee. Cancelling or rescheduling on the appointment date and no-shows incur the full fee, and arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in a cancellation with the full fee charged. The original service fee is nonrefundable once service is completed, except as required by law. Prices are subject to 4.5% NYC sales tax.
